Roasted and spicy tones also appear, with the ripe fruit. Silky smooth mouth feel with sweet tanninsand avery long finish. Food pairing: This wine pairs well with roasted and suckling lamb, grilled red meat, in sauces or stewed as wellas with aged cheeses.
